Tianjin Boda Sulfuric Acid Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. The investment for the sulfuric acid phase I project is 100 million yuan. The annual production capacity of the sulfuric acid plant is 200000 tons, including 90000 tons of refined sulfuric acid and 20000 tons of sulfur trioxide.

Using the world's advanced two rotation and two suction 3+1 sulfur based sulfuric acid production process, using enzymes and mist eliminators imported from Monsanto in the United States, the conversion rate of sulfur dioxide reaches 99.95%; The absorption rate of sulfur dioxide reaches 99.99%. The hydrogen peroxide tail gas purification system effectively controls exhaust emissions below national standards.

The entire production process is controlled by a British DCS computer automatic control system and managed by an ERP company.

Benefiting the most advanced waste heat recovery technology in China, all steam generated during production can be recycled and reused, with an annual capacity of 200000 tons of industrial steam. Utilize steam to meet one's own power generation needs and provide industrial steam for production to surrounding enterprises.
